May 7, 2011 - - On Saturday, I was happy to go to Gilmor's Restaurant in Lincoln, Maine, to speak with Maine State Representative Jeff Gifford.
Rep. Gifford has put in a bill to abolish LURC, Maine's Land Use Regulation Commission. In our discussion, he explains what LURC is, why it was established, why they are no longer something that we need, and what life after LURC will look like.
