July 21, 2009 -- I had the opportunity to sit down at Hangar Pizza in Patten, and talk to State Representative Henry Joy, who represents District 9, which is northern Maine.
Henry reminds me of a gyroscope: once set into motion, he remains in motion, and even as the axis changes, seemingly on its own, he maintains his orientation regardless of any change in the movement of the base.
Hence, an interviewer is a redundant entity in any interview of Henry Joy.

In the second half of my interview with Representative Henry Joy, he expounds on LURC, legislation turning Maine into a county form of government, wind power, Teddy Roosevelt, and the legal constraints against the federal government's land ownership.
